[Suggestion] Add Anti-Spam Addon

We've been having players join the server and spam props, and cause lag to everyone in the server. I thought if we add Anti-Spam Hardware on the server the spammers can't spam and cause lag. No Spamming, no continuous lag for all players. I think it will really help with the players trying to build ships without lag. Here's the Link to the addon.

We have an anti-spam addon

[bloxgate]

However its disabled as it broke advanced dupe, if someone is spamming that much and no staff are on just use votekick and wait for FPP to autoclean their props.
