   So, I've made it this far on the server at 1 week. If I get this rank, I will dedicate myself to this server, and may leave ACF. ACF has been my life of Garry's Mod for a while, but Spacebuild I find more fun. Like I said, I would help new players, enforce rules, and always be on. I'd "try" to prevent spawnkill, and shooting of any weapons on the spawn planet(s). I hope I get this rank, because I love this server. And I love all the staff on it.

Depending on the permissions given to Ultra-Trusted Donators, it shouldn't really matter unless they're able to jail, kick, or anything along those lines.
I'm not saying that they'd do it in the first place, but they have to learn when taking it too far, really means taking it too far.
It'll be a +1 for me, but they do show that tendency to use powers when they're not supposed to, and for the wrong reasons.

I'll confess here. I was backseat moderating, and yes.
I was trying to get rid of compressors on spawn.
No need for evidence, all you need is right here.

and I promise what happened last night will not happen
again.. I'm just that type of person who wants to breathe
on spawn. Also, hideway66 was placing the compressors. I
saw him place a windmill and a array of compressors, so I tp'd them
out of the planet for the safeness of Oxygen and Nitrogen.

It was only Cat, myself, and two other people that were breaking the rules, which would include hideaway99.

Then it's not really backseat moderating. I still keep the +1 Because no other staff were on at the time. If he's the highest rank on, there can't be anyone else moderating.

@Rain we shouldn't let him off. Proper actions include using the report command, votekicking, contacting staff via steamchat/pm on here/email. Backseat moderation is absolutely unacceptable.
