Reason: I'll keep it short and sweet. Catalyst was afk.
Was building a portable terraforming machine over the pool in spawn, suddenly some lag started hitting the server as I was putting on the water pumps.
Needed to take a phonecall, turned off sound and sat back. I turned around and these three were destroying my setup.
i admit there were some heated words after I got off the phone.

TrollMaster is being banned now, Qrickers I'll need a steam ID or profile for. As for kinnie I can't tell if he was actually shooting or just ended up in the water at some point.

I feel as if the real reason they were destroying his machine was because it was a climate regulator, and he hadn't supplied it with any resources.

@Integer no LS hud showing up at all which means it was a breathable area.

Reason: Questionable actions and statements made by an ultra-trusted.
Moving for a possible demotion or at least being talked to.
An AFK player, was votekicked for causing lag. When (what was left of his ship) was automatically deleted, the lag persisted. It turned out to be an antimatter cannon stuck in the ground and being pulled.

Seems to be convinced that ultra-trusted is some sort of trial moderator rank. It's not and I've posted to the announcement board regarding this. Let us know if the issue continue. I'll speak to ducky if I get a chance, seems like one of those kids that just does what the higher ranks do to avoid trouble or something IMHO.

I guess he didn't tell the entire thing. He been using Gas compressors on spawn Before and After spawn ownly have proof after the report when multiple admins have told him to not use them so when they are not on He use them and He doesnt freeze them. So one time i had to start a votekick because was lagging the server and he wouldnt remove it. Since then he been after me. But idk he was SS i was asking him to buddy me but i was jk with nukes till someone told me he was Mackeral. I started a vote kick on Someone that has over 400 props ship after telling him to remove it it was lagging the server soo bad. Then SS started being mean. and he started a vote kick on himself so everyone said yes. Then I started a votekick on my self saying if i derserve being purnished say yes everyone say no. Im gonna post the proof in the next thing.

first off, lol @Keeves : "yall all are niggas"
second of all, im a little confused by this, however i can vouch for kinnie as i know him and mack have been having arguments laetley, and things have been getting a little out of control and heated from the anger.
Now i find that neither players have honestly done anything superbly wrong, and mack is allowed to use gas compressors, and have them spawned, just not activated on spawn. (mackerel was warned not to have them active the only time he has had them active on spawn, as far as i am aware)
Kinnie, i do think that threatening with those missiles wasn't a good idea, and i really don't like it when you use them, but there however is no rule against them, and therefore no rule breaking there.
So i think that there needs to be some more outside views on this, so I'm calling @razgriz @Bert John @Mr. Pyro the Narwhal @StickyMantis and any other players who might have some opinions or their own story of events to tell.

1. Because you're still lying since I had witnessed everything you did. Sadly, I can't prove that.
2. You aren't a "trial administrator" so, continuing to admit destroying people's garbage for the good of serverkind won't do you any justice.

I dont have to be a trial mod to do something thats right. I did it because that what i think is right and i wasnt the only one think that was right we dont have to be trial mod to do stuff that is right. I might lead sometimes but i dont control them. They are human they have the right to think by themselfs.

I might go over my head sometimes to prevent more stuff from happening and sometimes it work like the one with the disrepecting . I know im not staff I know i dont have the right to do that but that doesnt mean for someone ruin my fun time with lag and being mean. I did it so he leaves me alone.

Ultra trusted is NOT to destroy players props whatsoever. If you see someone with gas compressors actively running on spawn, and they refuse to turn them off, you votekick them. You do NOT start destroying there props. Iv already explained this to people like mario mette a few times now.
Ultra trusted is not void of any punishment whatsoever, If you all can recall recent events, Trollmaster was banned quite recently as proof of this.
That aside, I PERSONALLY have said to mackerel that he is allowed to have gas compressors on his build, However, he is to absolutely, utmostly to not have them active on spawn. He is only allowed to have them on his build and only that. If this is a wrong thing of me to do @bloxgate @Rain lemme know.
@Kinniegreen Well kinnie, Im appalled at what im seeing as evidence and what your saying. You once asked me if i approve of you being ultra trusted, And i told you im neutral on the subject because i can't really say i know you, Well, Thats starting to change. Not in a good way either.
Im starting to wonder kinni, What other acts do you do when people such as myself aren't around? I know you don't do anything like what was presented here while im on, So im curious if you like to keep track of all the staff & do these things when nobody is around, Since thats my impression of your personality atm.
One last thing. Kinni, You aren't a moderator, Don't go around saying your gonna become one either. Infact, Even just saying that as a threat, as in "Once im moderator, Your gone" im sure will get you demoted pretty much instantly. None of the staff here holds grudges against anyone here, Well, We might, But we absolutely do not act upon them until we actually have to. For example, Its common knowledge for people around me to know that me and mario don't get along, Like at all. So i avoid taking any action whatsoever around him until i utmostly have to. (By utmostly have to, i mean specifically by when its affecting other players, Or becoming a problem for the server)

@Bert John You're in the right for both, gas compressors are allowed on spawn but they may not be USED on spawn. E.g., Some ships such as my death ship 9000 teraforming preparation cruiser require gas compressors to operate on other planets. Abusing weaponry on spawn to bypass spawn protection to destroy objects does actually count as using weapons on spawn ( :o shocking isn't it) so you shouldn't be doing that.

Hey I was Shooting at the ship so the ship (frog) create less lag after he was kicked. It was creating major lag that we could not move from. At the time kinnie was the one on that can start a vote kick. Also i was evidence of what happened with the post before this he did not have his stuff frozen and that created major lag/It was LS. I think Kinnie did a good thing.

I like all you guys and I hope you guys get pass this. I want all of you guys to drop this and leave it here on this forum show me your all adults. as for punishment I'll leave it up to blox or rain. And I hope you stay around and earn our trust again. I don't care whose fault it is at this point, no matter how you look at it everybody contribute to this. but this needs to stop.
