• Have you been banned from one of our servers? Yes. We all know why, but if you'd like for me to post it below, I will.
• Why you are applying: I've been around since the beginnings of the server being spacebuild. I've gone up and down in ranks, and I'd love to have my Admin back.
• How can you help the server: I enforce the rules. Most people claim me to be a dick, which I'm sure I am. But I simply just enforce the rules. And being an Admin would make that alot easier.
• Any staff that can/have vouch(ed) for you: Bert and Raz

Quiet frankly, you are lucky I didn't ban you. You were adding your input to a situation that staff was handling and your input was not needed. And you were basically "warning" me that if i didnt stop i was gonna get demoted. That isnt your place to say that. So, be lucky i didnt ban you.
Also, you didnt add the rest where I was saying how i gagged you originally because I thought you were backseat modding and talking to frog, but either way I would've gagged you for saying that.

Let me begin by saying that I did not ban you for saying i have a "nasily" voice. I don't take stuff like that personally. I banned you because you were being disrespectful to other people and spawn killing and being a complete smartass whenever I said something to you
Also, I didn't just follow you around to get rid of you. I kept checking up on you to make sure you weren't breaking any rules as I was being very lineant with you after kicking your friend, and I was trying to be nice and give you warnings. But that didn't work, so I went on with banning you.

I think he'd be a great addition. He's helpful, is a great player, and has been on the server for quiet a while now. I've never had a problem with him and I don't think anyone else has, either. He knows the rules and I believe he would be great at enforcing them, as well as lending a helping hand.

No. I muted you because you were talking excessively and loudly and I asked you to stop, and you kept doing it while I was talking to someone, constantly interrupting me. I told you why I muted you. You kept on complaining to me about it and I asked you to stop and you didn't. You did for a second, then kept on, so that is why I banned you.

So, @bloxgate , I did tell him why he was muted. And he did keep complaining to  me about his mute.

The obvious solution @daydude101 would've been to just leave the server and join back. I just said bare it for the night because it's just a mute. You were acting like you could'nt build or anything, literally. He was constantly whining about it, acting like it was the end of the world.

I think catalyst would make a great admin. He's friendly, knows the rules, and makes sure people follow them. Also, he's on when know other staff can be due to where he lives and his time zone.

Well, @Rain , that's the point. He lives in a different time zone, which is the point of him wanting moderator because none of us are ever on at those times. Think Rain, think.

I think he fits the spot perfectly. Anytime a player needs help, whether it be wiring or lifesupport, to just getting a ship flying, anubis helps them until they are finished. Anubis is a friendly mod unless he is disrespected. He's been doing such a great job as moderator, and I know he'll do just as good of a job as Admin. Plus, if I get a promotion, someone's gotta fill my shoes

• Have you been banned from one of our servers? Yes. If you would like, I would gladly comment below on the reasons, but I believe both @bloxgate and @Rain know the reasons.
• Why you are applying? I've been with the server for a long ass time. I love it. And I love being a part of it.
• How can you help the server? I'm usually one to be on whenever someone asks me to be. I can be on during the day, at night, whenever. And now that it's summer, I'm getting on a lot more frequently. I've been doing my best to pull my wait around on the server, helping the other staff and making sure everyone is being friendly and is obeying the rules set in place. And I'd like to continue doing that. Even if I am denied, I won't stop. It's my job and I'm going to do it. But, I'd just like to be more, ya know?

Oh, okay. I just have to say, why don't you stop joining the server @meepgaming ? You told me last night that all the staff were a bunch of assholes, and none of us are ever on.. That's never true.. At least one staff member is at least online on steam at any given time. Don't give me that bullshit whenever I tell you to stop backseat moderator. There is no excuse for it. If something is happening on the server, you either report it to the staff member online (Oh wait, I forgot, you said you don't add, and I quote,"I don't add assholes".) or you report it on the forums. But if I get one more report from anyone saying you are backseat modding, so help me God, you will be banned. How long is to be determined depending on how good of a mood I'm in.

Fucking Christ. Why are you so disobedient? We ask you to do one simple thing and you just can't stop.

I have to butt in, since @Supermarioglitchy514 showed me the supposed evidence.. He did have screenshots.. but all it proved was that the guys had pew pew weapons on spawn, not that they shot them. There was one that showed an explosion, but it didn't show that the pewpew owned by the guy was the one that fired. Also, @Supermarioglitchy514 went from accusing them of pewpew firing on spawn to blowing up a fusion reactor on spawn. Although there is proof of that, the guy did it by accident and that is a common mistake to most new players who don't have someone to tell them that, if not used properly, the fusion reactors will blow up.
If this was the court of law, they'd all determine that the evidence presented is strictly circumstantial evidence.

Now, we've all have warned you to stop backseat moderator and trying to be staff on the server. It is getting quiet annoying, and I, along with the rest of the staff I'm sure, am getting very fed up with you. If you don't stop, you're going to be the one getting banned. At least then you'll actual put the right post in a ban appeal topic. God.
