Title: Region Filter

Due to the fact that we're still receiving a lot of sign up attempts from spam bots (>100 in the past six months), I will be implementing a region filter shortly.
At the moment the spambots appear to all be originating from the following regions:

• Russia
• Ukraine

If you are a legitimate user with an account from one of those regions, please let me know before the end of the month. Thanks!
