Title: [Rule Clarification] No Noclip Combat

The purpose of this rule is to prevent people from nocliping up to you and killing you as it is very hard to fight back fairly in this situation. Running away via noclip if you're shot at is perfectly find provided you don't fight back until you have WALKED back and engaged them in combat following the rules.
