This fully interactive, pornographic noir-videonovella, but mostly gyropod modification is designed to directly combat a key sector of lag generation in extraplanetary sandbox scenarios: the improper parenting of gyropod-flown ships.
BUT FRAWWGGG wtf do you mean by "improper parenting"?
Improper parenting is defined by Unigalactic Common Space Convention Santa Cruz UCSC$119:401C as the act of using the Super Parent Multi tool on a Gyropod-equipped contraption with settings which deviate from the following:
1. Disable Shadows
2. Set Weight
3. Weld*
Any deviation from the above settings, and any additional settings which are enabled are punishable (due to this modification) by indefinite siezure and freezing by the space overlords (all hail the space overlords)
*note: You may manually weld (and parent without weld selected). The weld check in the gyro only goes through if there are TOO MANY welds, there is no minimum amount of welds. This is a lag-stable method however for the gyro to recognize that it is attatched to something it must be welded to that thing. In other words, at least the gyro must be welded to the parent if you so choose to parent without weld checked. This isn't hard, it's the same way it was before.

For starters, I didn't break your ship. According to the conventional standards we have on the server, it was already broken. Sorry I'm not sorry.
To fix your ship, follow these simple steps.
1. Paste your ship without constraints, without parenting, and totally frozen.
2. Using the Super Parent Multi tool, WITH AND ONLY WITH the options "Disable shadows", "Weld", and "Set Weight" checked, select the ENTIRE ship and right-click on a target parent to parent.
3. If you can read, follow simple instructions, and use a mouse, your ship will be fixed. Save your ship now before flying it.
4. If your ship is still broken, try again. If it still doesn't work, read this entire thread five times and try again.
5. If your ship is still broken after checking and trying again, make a post in this thread with exactly how you parented your ship and I will get back to you.
Why is this necessary? Can't we all just learn how to parent?
