[Suggestion] Enable Hologram Models

I would like to suggest enabling hologram models beyond the default ones. It's enabled on a few other servers I play on, and they haven't had any issues with it.

The command to enable it is: "wire_holograms_modelany 1" - it should go in the config for it to be persistent across server restarts, I think.
