Although you usually have to apply for the rank in the staff-application boards, Ultra-Trusted is NOT a staff rank. I've been sent screenshots of ultra-trusted attempting to backseat moderate, threatening to ban people when they "become mod", and abusing vote kick on people for "violating" rule 6. As they are not staff they are not allowed to moderate or act in a staff capability, and they are not the applicable groups for rule 6. If this continues ultra-trusted will be severely reduced in rank benefits.
