Title: [Suggestion] Increase umsg

It would be great if we increased this wire setting - it allows you to quickly update EGPs, which would be very helpful for the HUD I am working on. It doesn't put any significant extra load on the server unless you go out of your way to exploit the change.

The command to do this is: "wire_egp_max_umsg_per_sec 100" - it should go in the config for it to be persistent across server restarts, I think.

I Voted Yes Because This Will Make EGP'S Faster as he said on updating for huds this would be great :)
